Thank you for choosing Dirtbox Overland for your adventure needs. We take pride in the quality and durability of our products. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer the following warranty terms:

Standard 2-Year Structural Warranty
Dirtbox Overland provides a 2-year structural warranty for all canopy campers and toppers. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. Any issues arising from manufacturing defects within the first two years from the date of purchase will be addressed at no additional cost to the customer.

Billet Handles Bonus Warranty

• For customers who have purchased the optional Billet Handles + ($1750) with their canopy camper, Dirtbox Overland extends an additional 1-year warranty beyond the standard 2-year structural warranty.
• For customers who have purchased the optional Billet Handles + ($1250) with their topper, Dirtbox Overland extends an additional 1-year warranty beyond the standard 2-year structural warranty.

This bonus warranty covers the same terms as the standard warranty and further ensures the longevity and performance of the Billet Handles components.

Flatbeds and Drawer Systems
Because flatbeds and drawer systems are highly customizable, warranty coverage varies depending on the configuration and options selected. Please contact Dirtbox Overland directly for detailed warranty information specific to your build.

Warranty Exclusions

• This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
• Damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, or storage is not covered.
• Any alterations or repairs performed by unauthorized parties will void the warranty.
• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Notice Regarding Billet Corner Packages
For all customers who previously purchased Billet Corner Packages, please note that the original warranty policy still applies. Your coverage remains unchanged, and this update does not affect your existing warranty.

Making a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Dirtbox Overland's customer service within the applicable warranty period. Provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photographs. Dirtbox Overland will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective parts or product.

Lead Times for Warranty Claims
Due to the nature of Dirtbox products and the time required to build components, warranty claims may sometimes involve lead times. We will do our best to coordinate and expedite repairs or replacements as quickly as possible.

Limitation of Liability
Dirtbox Overland's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts or products. In no event shall Dirtbox Overland be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.

Location
All Dirtbox canopy camper, truck bed topper, and flatbed warranty repair work will be performed on location in Colorado.
