Want to Become a Dirtbox Dealer?

Becoming an authorized Dirtbox Overland dealer means joining a growing network of builders, fabricators, and off-road experts who share our commitment to quality, function, and adventure.
All of our canopy campers, flatbeds, and toppers are designed, tested, and assembled in Colorado, trusted by the overlanding community across North America.

We work with shops that not only understand the lifestyle — but also have the proper equipment to safely handle and install our products. This includes a forklift or gantry system capable of lifting and positioning canopy campers, toppers, and flatbeds. Manual lifting is not accepted for safety reasons.

Dealers can also import our product catalog directly into their websites for seamless integration — when a customer places an order, it automatically syncs with our system for production and shipping.

Dealer Q&A

How do I apply?

Please email ryomi@dirtboxoverland.com with the following information and documents:

  • Your tax-exempt or resale certificate
  • Your EIN or any applicable business documentation
  • Shop name, address, and contact information

Once received, we’ll review your application and set up your dealer account so that your future purchases can be processed tax-free. Our team will then follow up with details about pricing tiers, demo opportunities, and system access.

What support does Dirtbox provide to its dealers?

We provide:

  • High-resolution product photos, videos, and marketing assets
  • Installation guides and technical support
  • Inclusion on our official Dealer Locator Map
  • Early access to new product releases and updates before public launch
  • Collaboration opportunities to promote local presence, including co-hosting events, expos, and community meetups
Can I get a demo or shop rig unit for display?

Yes — we encourage every dealer to showcase a Dirtbox canopy camper or topper on a shop truck. Customers connect better when they can see and touch the real product. If you’re interested in a demo or display unit for your showroom or events, please reach out to us to discuss available options and support.

How does the dealer ordering system work?

Once approved, you’ll be able to import our full product catalog into your own website or e-commerce platform. When your customer places an order, it automatically appears in our system — we’ll handle production, logistics, and freight shipping directly, while you focus on customer experience, local support, and installation.

What are the equipment requirements to qualify as a Dirtbox dealer?

Your shop must have a forklift, gantry crane, or similar equipment capable of safely handling canopy campers, flatbeds, and toppers. For safety and liability reasons, manual lifting is not accepted.
